I'll be honest with you, Im not usually big on music confrences or festivals. In fact, im pretty excited to be nowhere near Austin for ACL festival. Its all just a little too claustraphobic for me. CMJ was pretty fun in retrospect. The Housing Works benefit was way more enjoyable than i thought too. So much for my Annie Lennox impersonation, tho. I really didnt see any new music that blew me away, which was kind of disappointing. Too much hype over a lotta bullshit if you ask me.
